Sizing Issue

Before ordering we highly recommend that you measure your size and refer to our sizing chart on the Product Specs Page. For sizing issues, contact us within 14 days after receiving your items at [email protected].

Cancel Or Modify Order

For any cancellation or modification, you have 24 hours after having placed your order to contact our customer support team at [email protected].

After 24 hours it will be too late to make any changes to your order as your order will already be in production.

Damaged & Flawed Items

At Vikingraw, we are doing our best to ensure product quality and order accuracy. However, it may happen that you receive a damaged item, poor-quality by handcrafted, or incorrect product. Thankfully is it rather unusual! But’ if it is the case, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.

In case it happens with your order, please contact our customer support team and send us a clear photo of your item with a brief description of the issue. Depending on the issue we will send you a replacement order or a refund.

Note that for refunds, it takes 5-10 business days to process the payment depending on your payment method.

Returns

We do not accept any returns as every item is custom made. But your satisfaction is our priority and we will find a solution to make sure you are happy. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected].

Item not received

In the event that you did not receive your item after 90 days, you may request for cancellation and get a full refund. Simply email [email protected] and state your order number. Do note that you are only allowed to request for cancellation if you did not receive your item after 90 days.
